Update:
The owner of the console, one Dan Diebold, has posted a video of the machine, and it certainly does seem to be the real thing. But we’ve been contacted by fans who claim that it is in fact a fake, carefully reconstructed to look like the real thing.
You can read their arguments here, but they’re not entirely convincing and the fan that previously claimed to have made the console claims he was only ‘joking’.
