A tear-jerking Xbox ad that went viral has used ghost data from an old racing game to reunite a son with his dead father.
The video below appeared online last week and despite what it looks like it has nothing official to do with Microsoft or Xbox.
Instead, it was made by Los Angeles filmmaker John Wikstrom, purely as something to put in his portfolio. According to Adweek it was based on some YouTube comments for a video entitled Can Video Games Be a Spiritual Experience?
